The Thunder Bay Centre of the Deaf is a non-profit organization that mainly focuses on advocacy for Deaf citizens of Thunder Bay. TBCD is currently working with the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre on accessibility issues. TBCD also provide different events throughout the year.
