Silent Voice Receives Community Champion Award from the City of Toronto

It was such an incredible honor for Silent Voice Canada to be awarded a Community Champions Award from the City of Toronto on March 20th. We’re so proud to be one of 25 charities and non profits recognized for our work serving the community during the pandemic.

Thank you so much to everyone who made this happen. It’s through the commitment and dedication of our volunteers, staff, Board of Directors, members, partners and donors, that Silent Voice is able to meet the needs of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. It’s wonderful to be recognized by the City of Toronto for what we do!

Kelly MacKenzie, Executive Director of Silent Voice Canada comes on stage to receive the award at 55:30.
