We have classes for deaf and hard of hearing students. We also offer FM systems, interpreters, classroom assistants, tutors, notetakers for our students who want to go to mainstream classes. We also offer deaf and hard of hearing sports. Hard of hearing and deaf students have the opportunity to attend both hearing and deaf classes, called resource classes. This allows them to stay involved with the Deaf community in their resource classes, along with navigating a hearing environment in their regular classes which are key to many higher education and career opportunities.
We also offer American Sign Language (LASB01) classes for hearing students. The LASB01 is in high demand by students who are interested in learning sign language and deaf culture.
