Process For Event Submission to the Google Calendar: “Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children 0-6 GTA Community Calendar”
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Event Requirements:
- event must take place in the GTA
- event must be appropriate for the 0-6 age range
Partner agency to email event submission to Sheila Waller-Kellen (skellen@bobrumball.org) with subject: Entry for DHH Community Calendar
Every event sent is required to include the following:
- Title of the event/Agency Name
- PDF flyer link, QR code, or hyperlink that goes directly** to the event details
**If providing hyperlinks to social media accounts (e.g., Facebook page), agency needs to ensure that when the link is clicked that any user has access to the event information and that the event is not embedded in a closed Facebook Group
